The Grand Jury was recalled for one day, Jan. 19, to investigate 71 reported violations of law. The Grand Jury report states they questioned 9 witnesses after which they returned 68 true bills on 49 indictments into open Court. No cases were continued for further investigation, one case was no billed and two cases were remanded to a lower court.

The Grand Jury, which was sworn in Aug. 17, 2009, was finally discharged Jan. 19.

The following suspects were indicted and are listed by name and charges (any similarities in name to other individuals in the community is purely coincidental). Each suspect listed is scheduled to appear in Choctaw County Circuit Court Feb. 16-24
