County sees economic growth with opening of new businesses

With Choctaw County seeking more economic growth, The Choctaw County Chamber of Commerce was honored to host the grand opening of four new establishments and the rebranding of another in the past year.

Chamber Executive Director Donna McKay and Communications Coordinator Amanda McBride worked diligently to welcome these new establishments into the county, as well as to welcome them to the Business Directory list as members of The Chamber of Commerce.  

This is a list of the new businesses the Chamber has welcomed into the county over the past year:

Name: Alfa Insurance – Dakota Brasher Agency

Owners: Alfa Insurance, Dakota Brasher

Description: Alfa Insurance provides many opportunities for clients of all kinds including auto, life and home insurance. They strive on customer service as well as claim service. The one stand out fact about Alfa is it is a Christian based company.

Name: Mr. Preston’s Garden
