USM awards degrees at Spring Commencement

The University of Southern Mississippi held spring commencement
exercises during ceremonies on the Hattiesburg campus Friday, May 10.
Southern Miss President Rodney Bennett conferred undergraduate,
graduate and specialist’s degrees at the ceremony, held at Reed Green
Coliseum. Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant, an alumnus of the university,
served as commencement speaker at both ceremonies.
Joseph William Wise of Ackerman graduated with a Master of Science
degree.
