By Press Reports

Enon Cumberland Presbyterian Church will be hosting their fourth annual Generation Now Youth weekend on August 25-26. Generation Now is a weekend designed to get the point across that the job of changing this world for the better is in the youth’s hands right now. It is their job to spread the love of Christ. This is something that should not wait till they are adults but is something that should start right now. They are the Generation Now, not Later!

This year’s theme is “24/7”. Your Christian life is more than Sunday or Wednesday, it is 24 hrs. a day/ 7 days a week. There are no vacation days, you are to live the life of Christ each second of every day.

Generation Now will have “Altered” back leading the worship this year. Altered is a praise band from Memphis, TN. They are a very talented band who loves to get to know the different youth. This year the speaker will be Josh Pilgrim who is from GA. Josh is a great biblical speaker who is not afraid to proclaim the truth of the gospel.

The schedule for Generation Now consists of 3 services… Saturday, August 25, services will be at 10A.M. and 6 P.M., Sunday, August 26, service will be at 10 A.M. After each service a meal will be served. The price for the weekend is $40 for the entire weekend or $25 for just Saturday.

All youth, 6th grade – college, are invited to attend as well as those who are young at heart. Please consider bringing your youth to this event. If you are bringing a group of youth, please provide chaperones.
